Shirley Breitschopf

Shirley Breitschopf has been in the real estate profession for 52 years and has seen the industry evolve overtime. She has witnessed handshake transactions to contracts with endless pages and addendums. She has stayed committed to the community economically and through civic service. She has served on numerous boards throughout her career and received the David B. Walshak, Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024. She was co-founder of the IBCA sanctioned First Shot Cookoff and Case Chili Cookoff. She is a lifetime member of the St. James Catholic Church and has served as the Regent of the Catholic Daughters of the America’s. She will continue to assist clients as a consultant at Heritage Oak Realty.
